The Ashwaubenon Museum tells the story of Ashwaubenon's transformation from 16th century wilderness to 21st century village, and the people who made it possible, including:

  • the French-Canadian fur traders, who founded the settlement in the 1700's

  • the European immigrants, who established farms and brickyards in the 1800's

  • the transition from a farming community to residential neighborhoods and industrial areas in the 1900's

  • the continuing growth of Ashwaubenon's commercial and entertainment districts adjoining Lambeau field

Exhibits also include military uniforms and memorabilia from World War 1 to the present day, donated by Ashwaubenon veterans and their families, and the extensive collection of Hobo and Tramp Art created by local resident Adolph Vandertie.
